God is Doing a New Thing

Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland. (Isaiah 43:18-19)

If you are continually looking behind you cannot see where you are going.  In order to embrace the new thing what God wants to do in your life you must clarify your focus and discover what God wants for you, your purpose and grow to become powerful in that purpose.

Jesus knows that faith and obedience must be expressed in new actions for maturing believers. When the Lord Jesus invited Peter to walk on the water He said, "Come." Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward Jesus. But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and beginning to sink, cried out, "Lord, save me!" Jesus said, "You of little faith, why did you doubt?" (Matt. 14:29-31) Often new experiences require a higher level of faith and obedience.  Let the Lord show you greater things as you express a new willingness to venture in uncharted waters of relationships, ministries and obedience.

In order to see greater things we must be willing to lay aside some of our comfortable lifestyle and surrender it fully follow our Lord and His ministries.  Ask the Lord to help you to escape from your comfort zone and follow the Jesus wherever He takes you.  Faith believes that God’s will done in God’s way will not lack God’s provisions.

Experience a Year of POWER & PURPOSE in the new things... No eye hath seen, neither ear heard what God has in store for you!
